At Juvasonic.co, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. To make your experience worry-free, we offer a 30-day return policy and a 1-year easy replacement warranty. Below, you’ll find the terms and procedures for returns, refunds, and replacement claims.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility for Returns:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all supplied materials (e.g., accessories, manuals).
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) must be provided.
Exclusions:
- Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at hello@juvasonic.co within the 30-day return period to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Include your name, order number, and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide the RMA number and return shipping instructions. Please clearly include the RMA number when sending the item back.
- Ship the product to the provided address using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm it meets our eligibility criteria:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- You will receive an email notification confirming the refund.

Partial Refunds:
If the product is not in its original condition or is missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.

2. 1-Year Easy Replacement Warranty
We stand by the quality and durability of our products. If your Juvasonic® device develops a defect within 1 year of the purchase date, you may be eligible for a replacement under the terms of our easy replacement warranty.
What the Warranty Covers:
Defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal use of the product.
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to follow usage instructions.
- Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, wear and tear) not affecting functionality.
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
How to Claim a Replacement:
- Contact us at hello@juvasonic.co and provide the following:
- Proof of purchase.
- Description and evidence of the defect (e.g., photos, videos).
- Once your warranty claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement device at no additional cost.
- You may be required to send the defective product back to us. If so, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping costs.
Replacement Terms:
- Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period (1 year from the original purchase date).
- Warranty claims must follow the outlined process for consideration.
