Questions
The ones we hear most.
If yours is not here, ask. We read every message, and the Tuesday sessions are live.
01Who can buy it?+
Licensed professionals: medical spas, dermatology and aesthetic practices, and the aestheticians who work in them.
02What does it cost, and what is in the box?+
$2,495, with the device, ten sterile cartridges, charging accessories and training. Shop Pay instalments are available at checkout.
03What is the return policy?+
Run it in your practice for 30 days. If it has not earned its place, email hello@juvasonic.com for a return number and send it back complete for a full refund. No restocking fee. The full terms are on the returns page.
04Is training included?+
Yes. Training resources ship with the device, and the live Tuesday sessions are free and run every week.
05Which serums does it work with?+
The ones you already stock. There is no proprietary formula. Juvasonic works with a range from aqueous to viscous serums, and the cartridge tip is chosen for the serum's thickness.
06How long is a session?+
About fifteen minutes, on its own or at the end of a procedure you already run.
07Which cartridge tip should I use?+
Fixed tips by the serum's thickness: low, medium or high. Medium ships with the device and suits most. Adjustable tips, Nano 200 and Smooth, let you set the flow during the session. The cartridges page has the full guide.
08Can cartridges be reused?+
No. One sealed cartridge per patient, per session, then discarded.
09Is it FDA-listed?+
Yes. Juvasonic is a Class I medical device, listed with the FDA. The research page has the listing details.
10What is the warranty?+
One year, full replacement, from the day it arrives. Email hello@juvasonic.com with your order number and a photo or video of the fault.
11Do you ship outside the US?+
Yes. Juvasonic ships worldwide.
