Warranty
One year, full replacement, from the day it arrives. Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Email hello@juvasonic.com with your order number and a photo or video of the fault. A replacement ships once it is approved; if the old unit needs to come back, the label is covered.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery to decide. If the device has not earned its place, email hello@juvasonic.com for a return number, ship it back complete and tracked with the number on the box, and the full refund lands within 7 to 10 business days of inspection. No restocking fee.
Cartridges used during the thirty days are expected. Unopened supplies can come back within 30 days of delivery; opened consumables cannot.
